Authenticity & sourcing
Are the frames on GlamDesignerGlasses really authentic?
Yes, absolutely. Every single frame we sell is 100% genuine, straight from the brand. We do not sell replicas, grey-market goods, or knock-offs — ever.
All of our eyewear is sourced directly from authorized suppliers in Italy, where the majority of the world's luxury eyewear is manufactured. Frames arrive with their original brand packaging, cases, cleaning cloths, and authenticity documentation exactly as they would from the designer boutique.
Our promise: if you ever have any doubt about the authenticity of a frame you received, contact us immediately and we will resolve it — no questions asked.
How can you sell authentic designer frames at such low prices?
Great question — and one we love answering. The luxury eyewear industry has significant markup built into the retail chain: the designer licenses to a manufacturer, who sells to a regional distributor, who sells to a boutique, who marks up 3–5x before selling to you.
We source directly from Italy and sell directly to you online — cutting out the boutique, the regional distributor, and the retail overhead. The result: you get the exact same frame you'd buy at the boutique, at a fraction of the price.
Will my frames come with original brand packaging?
Yes. Your frames will arrive in the brand's original case, with the original cleaning cloth, and any documentation that ships with that frame from the manufacturer. We do not repackage or substitute any components.
Do the frames come with a warranty?
Yes. All frames sold on GlamDesignerGlasses.com are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the customer.
To make a warranty claim, email support@glamdesignerglasses.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are fulfilled from our facility near Philadelphia, PA. Processing takes 1–5 business days, after which your chosen shipping method applies:
- Standard: 5–7 business days — $4.99, free over $200
- Expedited: 2–3 business days — calculated at checkout
- Overnight: next business day — calculated at checkout
Processing and transit times are separate — an order processed in 2 days shipped via standard 5–7 day shipping will arrive approximately 7–9 business days after you place your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — standard shipping is free on all domestic orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more, after any discounts are applied. Standard shipping is $4.99 for orders under $200.
Gift cards and store credit do not count toward the free shipping minimum.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to 50+ countries worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight:
- Canada & Mexico: 5–10 business days (from $19.99)
- UK & Europe: 7–14 business days (from $24.99)
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days (from $29.99)
- Rest of world: 14–21 business days (from $34.99)
Import duties, customs taxes, and any local fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
You can also track your order by logging into your account, or by contacting us at support@glamdesignerglasses.com with your order number.
My package appears to be lost. What should I do?
A package is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 10 or more consecutive business days (domestic) or 21+ business days (international).
Before contacting us, please check your shipping address, with neighbors or building management, and with the carrier using your tracking number. If the carrier can't locate it, email us and we will reship your order free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched. Contact us immediately at support@glamdesignerglasses.com or call/text 1-445-448-5407 and we will do our best to update it. Once a package has been picked up by the carrier, we are unable to redirect it.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original unworn condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Returns: 15 days · Exchanges: 30 days · Defective items: 7 days to report · Warranty: 12 months.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases we provide a prepaid return label at no charge.
How do I start a return?
Email support@glamdesignerglasses.com or text 1-445-448-5407 within 15 days of delivery with your name, order number, the item(s) you're returning, and your reason.
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect it (2–3 business days), we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 2–3 business days and notify you by email. If approved:
- Credit card: 5–10 business days
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Store credit: issued immediately upon approval
- Debit / bank transfer: 5–10 business days
Can I exchange for a different frame or color?
Yes. We offer exchanges for a different size, color, or style within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Follow the same contact process as a return and let us know which replacement item you'd like.
If the replacement is higher in value, you'll be charged the difference. If it's lower, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the damage. We'll provide a prepaid return label and offer your choice of a full replacement, a full refund, or store credit of equal or greater value.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately with the subject line "ORDER CANCELLATION — [Your Order Number]". Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you would need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
Are sale items returnable?
Items purchased during sales or with a discount code follow the same 15-day return policy, unless they were explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase. Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Sizing & fit
How do I read the frame size numbers?
Designer frames display their measurements in a standard three-number format, printed on the inner arm of the frame — for example: 52-19-145.
- 52 (lens width) — width of each lens in mm
- 19 (bridge width) — distance between lenses in mm
- 145 (temple length) — length of each arm in mm
These measurements appear on every product page under "Size".
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
The easiest way is to check the size of frames you already own and love — look on the inside of the arm for the three numbers and use that as your baseline.
- Lens width 48–50mm: narrow / petite fit
- Lens width 51–53mm: medium / average fit
- Lens width 54–56mm: wide / regular fit
- Lens width 57mm+: oversized or broad fit

Which frame shapes suit which face shapes?
A good rule of thumb: choose a frame shape that contrasts with your face shape to create balance.
- Oval face — most shapes work well; rectangle and square add definition
- Round face — rectangle or square frames add angularity
- Square face — round or oval frames soften strong jawlines
- Heart / diamond face — cat-eye or oval frames balance proportions
- Oblong face — oversized or round frames add width
Can I get prescription lenses fitted in my frames?
We sell frames only — we do not fit prescription lenses. All frames sold on our site are standard prescription-ready and can be fitted with lenses by any local optician or optical lab.
Most opticians are happy to fit lenses into frames purchased elsewhere, though some may charge a fitting fee. We recommend calling ahead to confirm.
How do I care for my new frames?
Clean lenses with a microfiber cloth or the cleaning cloth included with your frames — never paper towels or clothing. Use mild soap or a dedicated lens cleaner spray; avoid household glass cleaners.
Store frames in their case when not in use, avoid hot environments like car dashboards, and use both hands when putting on or removing frames to keep hinges aligned.
