1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and fulfilled from our fulfillment center located near Philadelphia, PA. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

 

Standard Orders 

In-stock frames and non-prescription accessories typically ship within 1–5 business days of order placement. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are prioritized for same-day processing. 

Please note: Processing times are separate from shipping transit times. For example, an order with a 5-business-day processing time sent via 2-day expedited shipping will arrive approximately 7 business days after order placement.

Order Verification Delays

In some cases, our team may need to verify your order details before processing, which can add 1–2 business days. This may occur if:

       Payment verification is required by our fraud prevention system

       Your shipping and billing addresses do not match

       Additional documentation is required for high-value orders

We will contact you promptly by email if any verification is needed. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.

Free Shipping Threshold

Standard shipping is complimentary on all domestic orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more, after any discounts or promo codes are applied. Gift cards and store credit do not count toward the free shipping threshold.

 

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS First Class or Priority Mail only. Expedited and overnight options are not available for these addresses. Please allow additional transit time of up to 3–5 business days for military mail delivery.

 

3. International Shipping

GlamDesignerGlasses.com ships to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on destination country and package weight.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. GlamDesignerGlasses.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on applicable duties and taxes before placing an international order. Refusal to pay customs fees or failure to collect a package from customs will result in the order being returned or destroyed. In such cases, refunds will not be issued for the original shipping cost, and a restocking fee may apply.

 

Countries We Do Not Ship To

We currently do not ship to countries subject to international trade sanctions or embargoes. This list is subject to change without notice. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

You can also track your order at any time by:

       Logging into your account at glamdesignerglasses.com and visiting 'My Orders'

       Using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email

       Visiting the carrier's website directly and entering your tracking number

       Contacting our customer support team with your order number

 

If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team at support@glamdesignerglasses.com.

 

5. Shipping Carriers

GlamDesignerGlasses.com partners with the following trusted carriers to fulfill domestic and international shipments:

Carrier selection is at our discretion and may vary based on your location, package weight, or shipping method selected. We reserve the right to substitute a carrier of equal or superior service without notice.

 

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. GlamDesignerGlasses.com is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@glamdesignerglasses.com. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched. Once a package has been picked up by a carrier, we are unable to redirect it.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

       We will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense

       If you prefer not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued for the merchandise value only; original shipping costs are non-refundable

       If the item is time-sensitive (e.g., a gift), please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist

 

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments


Lost Packages

A package is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 10 or more consecutive business days (domestic) or 21 or more consecutive business days (international). If your package appears to be lost:

       First, verify that the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct

       Check with neighbors, building management, or a safe drop location

       Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to open a trace

       If the carrier cannot locate the package, contact us at support@glamdesignerglasses.com

Upon confirmation of a lost shipment, we will either reship the order free of charge or issue a full refund, at your preference.


Delayed Shipments

Shipping delays can occur due to weather events, carrier capacity issues, customs processing, or peak holiday periods. GlamDesignerGlasses.com is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of both the outer packaging and the contents before opening fully, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@glamdesignerglasses.com with:

       Your order number

       Photos of the damaged packaging and item(s)

       A description of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or full refund and coordinate the return of the damaged item at no cost to you. Do not discard the original packaging, as it may be required for a carrier insurance claim.

Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for carrier reimbursement, which could affect our ability to offer a remedy.

 

8. Shipping Insurance

All orders are shipped with basic carrier liability coverage included. For orders valued over $100, we strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for an additional fee. Insured shipments are eligible for a full claim in the event of loss or damage in transit.

To add shipping insurance to your order, select the option at checkout or contact us before your order is processed. Insurance cannot be added after an order has been dispatched.

 

9. Signature Requirements

For the security of high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery for orders exceeding $300. If you are not available to sign for your package:

       The carrier will typically leave a delivery notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or collecting from a local depot

       You may authorize the carrier to leave the package without a signature using the carrier's online tools; however, GlamDesignerGlasses.com is not responsible for packages left unattended without a signature

       If you anticipate being unavailable, contact us before dispatch to arrange a hold at a carrier access point near you

 

10. Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday periods (particularly November through January), processing and transit times may be extended. We recommend placing orders well in advance of any key dates to ensure timely delivery. We will post updated estimated delivery deadlines on our website during the holiday season.

GlamDesignerGlasses.com is not responsible for delays caused by holiday carrier volume surges. Expedited shipping options are available during these periods but transit time guarantees are subject to carrier conditions.

 

11. Shipping Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all shipments from GlamDesignerGlasses.com:

       We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses

       We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders where we suspect fraudulent use of a shipping address

       Multiple orders to the same address may be combined into one shipment at our discretion to reduce packaging waste

       Some frame styles or limited-edition collections may be restricted to domestic shipping only; this will be noted on the product page
